We want you to love your Alma Studio piece. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, but eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and returned with their original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability.

How to get started

Email infodelalmastudio@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange or return for store credit. We’ll send you instructions and the address to ship it to. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges and store credit returns. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll arrange your exchange or issue store credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If something is wrong with your order, email us at infodelalmastudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help arrange a suitable resolution.
